Nowadays, CRM is not only "nice to have" software. Companies realize that the only way to get improvement and gain more revenue is CUSTOMER. So, they are trying to get more and more closer with Customer, so that the relationship must be maintained to prevent any lapsed customer happens.

But, choose wrongly The CRM Software might not be your piece of fortune cookie since you would lose the passion on your salesperson happiness. CRM can be bunch of more paperwork for your sales hero instead to be a smart way to get more customer.

So be careful when you as boss to choose your CRM Software!
