Error in accessing PowerApps.com "A silent sign-in request was sent but no user is signed in. The cookies used to represent the user's session were not sent in the request to Azure AD. This can happen if third-party cookies are disabled"

Hi everyone,

Have you encountered this error? It may happen when you login to PowerApps.com

A silent sign-in request was sent but no user is signed in. The cookies used to represent the user's session were not sent in the request to Azure AD. This can happen if third-party cookies are disabled....

I just encountered this and actually the solution is indeed in the Error message itself

Can not create Powerapp - Power Platform Community

But.. What if I don't use Incognito?

Yesss.. that happened to me too.

First of all, according to my experience I think it is because I use multiple sign in information and credential accessing the PowerApps.com so it will pass multiple information to login.microsoftonline as well.

I accessed it with my demo account, my trial account, and of course my Microsoft account.

So, how did I solve it (when I am not using Incognito)?

I tried to delete the cookies

Initially I deleted the last 4 weeks but it does not work

So, I tried to view my cookies under Privacy and security

After that, I can see bunch of related login.microsoftonline, so I tried to remove all of it

(You may want to sign out from your Google first to keep the cookies in another device)

Then I managed to login now to my PowerApps.com

Hope it helps :)
